Oxford English Dictionary - Expand you vocabulary, impress your friends.

The name Oxford English Dictionary may sound like some stodgy, academic volume of stale words and phrases but in fact it is the accepted authority on the English language for the last millennium and the Montgomery College community has access to its breadth of knowledge at school, work, or home, right from the MC Library’s database page.

Today’s word of the Day? Ally-oop. First used in 1959 “[in] Basketball.
