Do you struggle with finding good sources and putting them into your research papers? If so, fear not! You can come to the TP/SS Writing, Reading, & Language Center in November to get individual help with both skills at one time. Research Tuesdays are a series of workshops and open labs where you can learn about writing and research skills, and get help with both. They will be from 12:30-2:00 in RC 106:
- November 1: Posing a Research Question, Successful Library Research, and Open Lab for Research & Writing Assistance
- November 8: Open Lab for Research & Writing Assistance
- November 15: Evaluating Research Material, Using MS Word for MLA Citations, and Open Lab for Research & Writing Assistance
- November 29: Open Lab for Research & Writing Assistance
Librarian in the WRL Center: A librarian will also set up shop in the Computer Tutorial Language Center RC 105J from 10:00-11:00 on November 2, November 9, November 16, and November 30. Ask research questions while you write your paper!
No need to register first, just drop in! If you have questions, email the WRL Center at wrc.tp-ss@montgomerycollege.edu or stop by and ask in the Library.
